Au lever, les N\u00e9palais boivent un th\u00e9 au lait (<em>dudh tchia<\/em>) ou noir (<em>khalo tchia<\/em>). Le petit d\u00e9jeuner et le d\u00e9jeuner sont regroup\u00e9s en un seul repas dans la matin\u00e9e&nbsp;: on y mange un <em>dal bhat<\/em>, plat qui sera d\u00e9taill\u00e9 dans le paragraphe suivant. Dans l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, c\u2019est l\u2019heure du <em>khaza<\/em>, petit casse-cro\u00fbte. Le repas du soir est vers 20h, on y mange aussi un <em>dal bhat<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Le plat national&nbsp;: le <em>dal bhat<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le \u0926\u093e\u0932 \u092d\u093e\u0924 \u0924\u0930\u0915\u093e\u0930\u0940 , ou <em>dal bhat<\/em>, est servi deux fois par jour mais peut \u00eatre d\u00e9clin\u00e9 en de nombreuses variantes, en modifiant les accompagnements et les \u00e9pices. Compos\u00e9 de lentilles (<em>dal<\/em>) et de riz blanc (<em>bhat<\/em>), il est mang\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement avec un curry de l\u00e9gumes, des achards, du chutney, des ingr\u00e9dients \u00e9pic\u00e9s\u2026 ou encore des tranches de citron, des piments&nbsp;frais, etc\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lentilles sont cuites \u00e0 l\u2019eau comme le riz, puis servies \u00e9pic\u00e9es, dans un bol avec leur jus de cuisson. On les m\u00e9lange avec le riz, afin de rendre celui-ci moins sec et moins fade.&nbsp;Les l\u00e9gumes sont toujours m\u00e9lang\u00e9s avec des pommes de terre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9pic\u00e9es. Servi midi et soir, \u00e0 volont\u00e9, il est le plus souvent v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien car la viande est ch\u00e8re, mais il peut aussi \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 de poulet ou mouton. Les vaches sont sacr\u00e9es au N\u00e9pal, donc on ne mange jamais de b\u0153uf&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si on mange du <em>dal bhat <\/em>deux fois par jour, les \u00e9pices (et surtout les m\u00e9langes d\u2019\u00e9pices) et les accompagnements sont tellement vari\u00e9s que les combinaisons sont infinies&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Les autres plats et boissons<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <em>momos<\/em> sont des sortes de raviolis tib\u00e9tains fourr\u00e9s, \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e ou aux l\u00e9gumes et cuits \u00e0 la vapeur ou frits. Originaire du Tibet, il est devenu un mets traditionnel du N\u00e9pal. Le <em>rotis<\/em> est un pain de bl\u00e9 plat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le th\u00e9 est, quant \u00e0 lui, la boisson nationale du N\u00e9pal. Il peut \u00eatre servi \u00e0 l\u2019indienne, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire br\u00fblant, sucr\u00e9 et m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 du lait. Le th\u00e9 n\u00e9palais&nbsp;est agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9pices telles que clous de girofle, cardamone\u2026 Le th\u00e9 tib\u00e9tain est sal\u00e9 et on y ajoute du beurre de nak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On boit \u00e9galement de la bi\u00e8re tib\u00e9taine (<em>chang<\/em>), de l\u2019alcool de riz (<em>rakshi<\/em>), du lassi&nbsp;: boisson \u00e0 base de yaourt\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Quelques pr\u00e9cautions \u00e0 prendre<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>! <\/strong>La cuisine est parfois tr\u00e8s \u00e9pic\u00e9e, attention aux mauvaises surprises&nbsp;<strong>!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attention \u00e9galement \u00e0 ne pas boire l\u2019eau qui n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 bouillie ou purifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les N\u00e9palais mangent avec la main droite&nbsp;: c\u2019est la main pure.
